Job Description
Dear Job Aspirant,
We require Branch Managers to lead a team of Agency Managers in a reputed Health insurance company and Life Insurance companies.
CTC : Between 8 to 12 Lacs plus incentives.
Locations : Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata, Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Jodhpur, Sonipat, Sikar
Experience : Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in sales is required. 2 years experience needed in Team Leading Sales role.
We are looking for candidates from Insurance Industry having agency sales experience and team handling experience.
Qualification : Graduate, preferably MBA
Role: This is a non-sourcing role. The candidate shall be required to lead a team of Agency Sales Managers. Joint field work may also be required to establish leadership. The role shall carry delivery of team targets.
