Job Specification: 

1. Technical communication with clients and provide services as a part of service delivery. Provide a solution to the government customers and handled government facing projects.

2. Working closely with multiple stakeholders to gather, analyse and define current business processes as well as requirements.

3. Ensuring requirements issues are tracked, reported and resolved promptly.

4. Effectively communicating plan, status, risks and issues to the stakeholder in a precise and timely manner

5. Basic knowledge of office 365, SSL certicate, manual testing.

6. Interacted with various end user team during beta testing to gather feedback on application usability.

7. Involved in creating test strategy for User Acceptance Testing and extensively worked on writing test cases.

8. Assisted the project manager and Senior Business Analyst in communicating to project stakeholder on project and risks and collected feedback.

9. Skilled in understanding Software Requirement Specification and identifying all possible Scenarios.

10. Knowledge of creation process of Windows, Linux based virtual machine. Manage annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness.

11.Coordinated all activities on behalf of the client ensuring a seamless single point of contact for all services requiring immediate support were met Ensured all processes and procedures were kept up-to-date and accurately reected customer environments and requirements. Design, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures.

12. Liaise with all internal service delivery teams to ensure a consistently high level of service.

13. Working directly with product owners and stakeholders to elicit their feedback on customer satisfaction.

14. To ensure that development teams understands the business issue and requirement of client and provide appropriate solution.
