Inviting applications for the role of Manager/Assistant Manager, Data Governance and Data Quality Analyst +SQL
As DG/DQ analyst, you will support the information/data governance team in the formation and execution of data governance framework, policy, standards, towards the implementation of an enterprise-wide data governance program
Responsibilities- Develop control structures within a simple environment to ensure the accuracy and quality of data through all upstream and downstream data channels
- Participate with projects that involve any of the upstream or downstream data flows and processes
- Ensure controls are in place over applications to ensure the data integrity by performing data integrity gap analysis
- Coordinate the resolution of data integrity gaps by working with the business owners and IT
- Work with business partners to gather and understand functional requirements, develop complex queries, and provide reports
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications- Degree in STEM / finance
- Knowledge of DQ standards, guidelines, and best practices
- Proficiency in Structured Query Language (SQL) / VBA, with experience in Automation or Code optimization using SQL
- Good understanding of databases and data structures
- Familiarity with Basel II, III, CCAR, Credit Risk, and other related regulations
- Knowledge of best practices on Process Sequence, Dictionaries, DQ Lifecycles, Naming Convention, Version Control, etc.
- Designing, testing, deploying and documenting the data quality rules and their outputs
- Basic level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access
- Experience on Informatica IDQ or any other DQ tools is added advantage
- Exposure to DG tools such as Collibra, Axon
