Job Description
Mandatory Skills:
3+ Years of Hands on experience Performance Testing and Test Automation of Web application, Web Service and Batch Jobs
Hands on experience on performance testing commercial and open source tools
Stress Stimulus, HP Load Runner 11/12, VSTS Ultimate-2013 (Related scripting)
Hands on experience on monitoring tools:
o PerfMon, NMON, JavaMelody, Kibana, Graphana , JVisualVM , Fidler etc..
Should have/build expert level knowledge on Performance tool in context, Test Execution, analysis and Report preparation
Should have good knowledge of SDLC, Performance Test Life Cycle, Defect logging and Tracking
Analyze the application/hardware under test, the performance testing requirements and the project acceptance criteria
Excellent communication (Written & Verbal), presentation skills
Experience on any APM tools to identify the bottlenecks at the source code level
Should have experience on End to End Performance testing
Should have experience on leading a team
Preferred Skills
Experience of configuration management tools and Defect tracking tools
Basic level knowledge on Linux, Web Servers, Application Server, DB server and shell scripting
Experience in Performance testing on Banking and Finance domain
Apache JMeter 3.x, HP ALM, PageSpeed, HTTP Watch Basic etc..
Hands on experience on SQL Developer tool and SQL query
Roles and Responsibilities:
Responsible for conducting performance tests on given application
Carry out POCs and tool evaluation on need basis
Carry out R&D tasks and able to learn new tools & implementation
