Job Description

We are Hiring for Customer Relationship Manager for Sector 16 Noida.

Roles and Responsibilities- 

•   Provide help and advice to customers using your organization's products or services.
• - Communicating courteously with customers by email.

• - Investigating and solving customers' problems, which may be complex or long-standing.
• - problems that have been passed on by customer service assistants.
• - Issuing refunds or compensation to customers.
• - Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers.
• - Analyzing statistics or other data to determine the level of customer service your organization is providing.
• - Writing reports analyzing the customer service that your organization provides.
• - Developing feedback or complaints procedures for customers to use.
• - Improving customer service procedures, policies, and standards for your organization or department.

• Proven experience as a client Customer Care Executive
  - Track record of over-achieving quota
  - Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  - Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  - Customer orientation and ability to adapt respond to different types of characters
  - Excellent communication and presentation skills, Convincing Skill
  - Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  

Exp-0-2 years

Salary - Up to 19 CTC + MEAL
