About Prescient Analytics

Prescient Analytics, a Prescient Healthcare Group business, is an integral part of Prescients client offering. The team consists of disease, functional and market experts responsible for ensuring that the depth, breadth and timeliness of our secondary data analytics is best in class. The Prescient Analytics team provides our client-facing Intelligence & Insight and Advisory teams with immediate access to relevant public domain intelligence. About the Opportunity

You will be part of a fast-growing PE-backed business that allows high-performing employees to make an impact and contribute to growing the business. You will have the chance to channel your experience into contributing towards the development of our enterprise-grade software platform InflexionRx.

You will be responsible for co-ordinating the end-to-end iterative delivery of Prescient Analytics teams. You will be the driving force for ensuring Agile-based processes are set up, understood and enacted. You will collaborate closely with multiple Analytics teams and the product development team. Responsibilities also include coaching the Analytics teams to self-organise and create high-value products and remove any impediments to their progress.
Key Responsibilities

Project Management: Managing the end-to-end delivery of Prescient Analytics, establishing and controlling project constraints and scope. Managing projects in JIRA and similar tools. Monitoring and reporting key performance metrics to the leadership team
Time Management: Finding ways to improve the efficient use of time. Consistently meeting deadlines and successfully multi-tasking
Professionalism: Using both formal and informal processes to gain feedback on performance and development. Developing expertise to meet strategic priorities and company requirements
Work Ethic: Consistently delivering to expectations and commitments, meeting or exceeding agreed standards by coming up with new ways to overcome challenging circumstances. Tracking progress and resolving issues promptly where necessary
Patience and Empathy: Working with executives from other functions with patience and empathy
Effective Communication: Developing and maintaining effective and proactive relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Communicating project risks in a timely manner. Having the confidence to effectively demonstrate processes and provide guidance where needed

Required Candidate profile

Required Experience and Skills

• 8-10 years of relevant experience; a minimum of 3 years of project management experience is mandatory
• A bachelors or masters degree in business management
• Extensive experience in the delivery of projects in an Agile environment
• Experience in project planning, resource and capacity planning using project management tools, e.g., MS Project
• Proven leadership and motivation skills and the ability to maintain high levels of energy and engagement
• Experience using Agile performance metrics to drive accountability and continuous improvement
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in the pharma industry is a big plus
