Shaadi.com is hiring for Telesales
We are in the business of finding people happiness and consequently somebody who is jovial, mature, results oriented and cares deeply for our customers will be able to succeed in this role.
Product Advisor is responsible for making sales calls and closing sales pitches with the member.
Responsibilities
1. Calling out customer and making a sales pitch for paid memberships.
2. Responsible for achieving daily and monthly collection target for the region.
3. Maintaining various reports related to Sales and accounts.
4. Calling up members and explaining the benefits of Shaadi.com product and services
Requirements
1. Minimum HSC Pass.
2. Around 2 years of relevant experience desired.
3. Freshers with natural flair for interaction with customers & good convincing skills will be considered.
4. Very strong verbal communication skills and at least average writing skills.
5. Clear diction and clarity in speech (nasal voice, lisps, stammer etc to be avoided).
Good to have
1. HSc or Garduation
2. Fluency in Regional language.
3. Desired typing speed above 30 words per minute.
