Job Profile -

Understand the clients requirements and JD and quality candidates hiring

Screening the candidates and Posting the Jobs at various sites like Jobs portals and professional networks

Call them according to the requirements match and shortlisted the right candidates

Sharing CVs with Clients OR Some time direct line up them for the Interview process

After selection, follow up with candidates till joining and for joining documents

After Joining, coordinate with candidates and clients and ensure that candidates completed recruitment cycle at least

Skill set :-

Must have good experience in Recruitment with good comm skill

Zeal to work as a recruiter and ready to learn

Interested to work for any kind of profile with creative mind

Good on social media platform also
