We are looking for young, high-energy individuals with a passion for sales and for achieving aspirational targets

Recruit team of Advisors to get business

Identify and motivate advisors for club membership, MDRT, etc

Monitor, review and guide their performance periodically

Ensure retention, adhere to productivity benchmarks of advisors

Ensure participation of advisors in training and other developmental interventions

Handling Team of Advisors.

Monitor, review and guide their performance periodically

Required Candidate profile

Must have a min. 1-year experience in sales & marketing work with Experience letter / Reliving letter

Education: Graduate

Communication skills. Good communication skills are a must.
