Are you the one we are looking for
Inviting applications for the role of Data Engineer
Develop Jupyter notebooks using Python for Data pre-processing, cleansing, and Processing.
Analyze and understand complex data.
Knowledge in Azure Data platform- design, development, testing, implementation and support of BI and Integration Solutions.
Knowledge of other Azure Services like Azure Synapse, SQL Databases, Power BI, Azure Machine Learning, Key Vault, Azure DevOps, DataOps, ML Ops, Azure Kubernetes Services, Azure Container Instances will be an added advantage.
Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code Services like TerraForm, TerraGrunt etc. will be an added advantage
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications
Expert level knowledge on Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Bricks, Azure Blob Storage, Azure Data lake, SQL DB
Should know at least one programming language. Python preferably.
Excellent interpersonal/communication skills (both oral/written) with the ability to communicate at various levels with clarity & precision
Experience with integration of data from multiple data sources like Azure DWH, SAP HANA, SQL, On-Premise Data sources.
Knowledge of various ETL techniques and frameworks
Excellent understanding of analytical techniques and technology landscape
Ability to work in unfamiliar business areas and to use your skills to create solutions
Ability to both work in and lead a team and to deliver and accept peer review
Flexible approach to working environment and hours to meet the needs of the business and clients
Understanding of computational analysis, search and / or machine learning techniques is an advantage
Domain and industry experience by serving customers in one or more of these industries - Retail Consumer Services
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Personal drive and positive work ethic to deliver results within tight deadlines and in demanding situations
Flexibility to adapt to a variety of engagement types, working hours and work environments and locations
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
