Job Description

• Sales target achievements - monthly/quarterly / Yearly for Volume, growth && productivity.
• Implementation of all sales and marketing activities assigned by ASM/RSM/PMT
• Ensure complete compliance of distribution processes && activities maintaining adequate inventories at the distributor level, the timely placing of distributor orders, following credit limits, timely payment,
• and claims settlement if any.
• Plan monthly travel ON 25TH OF THE MONTH && coverage plan in consultation with the supervisor and
• timely submission for approval.
• Ensure daily doctors, chemists and distributors call as per the norms fixed by management.
• Organizing joint fieldwork with seniors as per their plan and reviewing overall progress.
• Regular meeting with the customer as per standard monthly coverage plan agreed with ASM/RSM.
• Daily retail audit and updating data for developing profiled customer list of territory.
• Developing KOLs - IWay Doctors, customers conversions for expanding MS and revenues.
• Daily reporting THROUGH CBO ERP && feedback of customers calls through reporting process as
• planned by the organization.
• Coordinating && organizing round table meetings and other CRM activities as per plan.
• Any other activity is assigned from time to time.
• Actual Primary Sales Target and Expenses within budget
