Management Trainee-Critical Incident Expert
Responsibilities
Preparing dashboards & presentations
Performing Analysis, Trending based on CI & technology
Preparing Daily, Weekly & Monthly reports
Check Service Now que regularly and assign tickets to respective Incident Manager
Publish notifications & updates. Take regular updates from Users / Technical team and publish same for Senior leadership consumption
Adhere to the Responsibilities detailed in the Major Incident Process
Communicate appropriate updates to users & Management
Answer user questions / queries
Responsible for driving Skype chat & conference bridge(s) and Managing communication for infrastructure events triggered by monitoring console.
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualification
Working knowledge of Service Now Ticketing tool and Service Now based reporting & Analytical skills is must
Advance knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Relevant years of experience in the ITIL driven IT management environment, Service Now driven reporting & Major Incident Management
We are looking for candidate in Delhi NCR only Preferably Noida
Excellent English communication skills (written and oral), with experience interacting with all levels of management both within Company and Customer organizations
ITIL trained. ITIL Foundation certificate will have additional advantage
L1 knowledge of Desktops, Network & Servers. Should have knowledge of Network, DNS, DHCP, AD. Technical certification like MCP/advance diploma etc. will have added advantage
Resource should be stable, no frequent job changes. Should have spent at least 24 months in current organization
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills & positive attitude.
