Job Description

• Having 9+ years of IT experience on Servers, storage, Network, Backup Datacentre management, Hyper V, VMware 6, 6.5, 7.0, Vcenter, HA, Vmotion, DRS.
• Knowledge on designing IT architecture setup for connecting multiple office locations.
• AD, GPO, DFS, DHCP, DNS, DHCP, Migration, Backup & Restore.
• File server permission assignment, quota management. Antivirus management (Sophos) and windows Patch management.
• O365 administration and Azure cloud management Storage management (Dell EMC storage is an advantage). volume creation, resizing volumes, assigning volume to data stores.
• Backup Management (Commvault backup solution is an advantage) and tape library management.
• Design, install and configure servers, network devices and firewalls.
• Knowledge on incidents tickets, service requests, asset management, change management via helpdesk tool.
• Knowledge on ISO-27001(ISMS), audits, RISK assessment, BCP DR.
• Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, chat, or email.
• Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues.
• Update training manuals for new and revised software and hardware.
