• Sourcing candidates from different Job portals & networking sites
• Screening resumes with keyword search, boolean searches & skills
• Conducting telephonic round of interviews
• Evaluate candidate skills, technology understanding, key responsibility areas
• Patch up for online interviews via zoom/meets, schedule technical tests up to final rounds within to End recruitment
