Should have managed a process of at least 100+

Ability to think strategically and to lead
Working knowledge of customer service software, databases and tools
Awareness of industrys latest technology trends and applications
Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques
Should have worked various cubes like Inbound, Email and Chat
Proven working experience as an Assistant Manager
Experience in providing customer service support

Minimum 3-4 Years of Team Handling experience as an AM or Sr.TL required (Banking or Insurance background preferred)
