Process : Inbound (Banking and Non-Banking)

Location : Malad(Mumbai)

Salary : 16k to 22k Inhand

Shift : UKshift

Weekoff: 2weeks off

Home pickup and drop service.

Qualification:

SCC + 1 year bpo exp

HSC + 6 months exp

Grad Freshers

Job Description:

Candidate should posses excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills.

Candidate should have excellent customer service and effective communication skills.

Prior experience in customer service industry will be added an advantage.

Candidates should be open to work in 24*7 rotational shifts, based on business needs to go extra miles to work.

Should have excellent research skills to find relevance to customer needs.
