Sales Representative: Lead generation, focus on quality of leads in pipeline, build-up healthy customer pipe line & improve sales length; Maintain conversion rate; strive to achieve Targets; follow & coordinate for closure;

Sales Head: Annual target setting as per management policies; Set individual targets for the team; Drive & lead the team in achieving targets; Observe number of deals & value of sales pipeline; tracking sales rep metrics; Regular Sales MIS; Coordinate for project bills receipts.
