Job Description

Looking for a potential candidate specifically from Mumbai Location
Job Location: Bhandup ( West )
Internal
1.Detail study of Tender document & Drawings
2.Making a list of discrepancies in Drawings & BOQ and getting clarifications from the client
3.Getting Rates for all items from the supplier or from the market.
4.Details study of Payment Terms EMD,BG,DD etc
5.Revising & Resubmitting the BOQ's
6.quotation for the extra items to be prepared on priority basis along with Rate analysis.
7.Quoting the Tender in ERP
External
1.Follwup with Clients
2.Interacting with Vendors for Prices
3.Making a Survey of Market
Candidate should be an Electrical Engineer having experience into Tendering and Estimation of Electrical tenders ( Residential and Commercial projects )
Go for Negotiation meetings in absence of The Tender Manager
