Job ProfileResponsible for:Accounting of all costs, revenue, assets and liabilities.
Cash Flow management - costs, revenues, debtors and liabilities.
To liaison with banks for all banking operations.
To prepare investment plan for free cash flow available with the company.
To prepare annual budget of costs, revenues, assets, liabilities and cash flow in line with business forecast.
To compile monthly reports and highlight the variances to the management.
Calculation, payments and filing of returns of indirect and direct taxes.
Quarterly and yearly audits. Finalization of annual books of accounts as per Indian GAAP for April-Mar period and as per IFRS for Jan-Dec period.
Ensuring all statutory compliances - company sectorial requirements, customs requirements related to imports and any other w.r.t factory act, Labour act etc.
Liasoning with Government authorities to settle the notices issued by these agencies.
Management of monthly pay roll and ensuring timely payouts
Managing the petty cash.
To support management in administrative activities such as proper maintenance of assets, hiring of casual Labour etc..
