Dept: Marketing & Sales

Job Location: Mumbai (Andheri)

Experience: Minimum 5 years experience.

Qualification: B.E/ B.Tech / Diploma in Civil

Gender: Male

Salary: 50k Per month.

Role & responsibility

Identify new clients and generating leads through cold calling, references from other verticals, market contact etc.

Keep track of upcoming RFPs in market and participate in the same.

New Business Development, Sales and Marketing.

Strong documentation experience

Develop a strong database of prospective key clients

Keep oneself abreast on market knowledge via Newspapers, Magazine, internet

Maintaining relationship with clients.

Keep abreast of latest developments - commercial / industrial projects in India

Prepare client presentations in line with their requirements.

Ready for Travelling internationally.
