Job Description

Operations:
1. Routine follow-up with the shipper for documents, shipment schedule, AWB / payment acknowledgement.
2. Email communication with customers for sending documents, shipment schedule, follow-ups for payments & any debit note / Credit note.
3. Prepare HSS related Documents.
4. Follow-up for BOE copy.
5. Follow-up with clearing agent & send docs for imports at various locations U1, U4.
6. Follow up & check for clearing & forwarding bills U1, U4
7. Enter data in the package.
8. Vessel Tracking.
9. Co-Coordinating with Unit 1, Unit 4 team for unloading location.
10. Send payment reminders to customers & follow up.
MIS Reports
1. Maintain clearance status report for High Seas, GST & import.
2. Maintain commission statement for High Seas & Indenting sales
3. Prepare Inventory planning & ordering sheets on monthly basis
4. Prepare & circulate Unit I import & local arrival sheets
5. Prepare Sales reports on best s for Inventory ordering in Unit I
6. Prepare & analyze import data
7. Close end of the quarter open orders in SAP
Miscellaneous:
1. Maintain list of current files, any other file, daily tracker detail of all working locations, buyer seller details
