We are inviting applications for the role of Process Developer - Cash & Collections
Responsibilities
Ability to comprehend and communicate effectively with the customers (written & verbal)
Successfully manage accounts receivables portfolio and collect on accounts past due
Strategize collection activities to maximize cash receipt & good experience in collections
Establish and maintain accounts receivable communication with customers through phone/ e-mail
Communicate with customer to attempt to bring resolution to unpaid accounts
Document all accounts receivable communications on Getpaid including coding of customer disputes and promise to pay
Meet defined process targets and activity metrics/ SLAs
Run daily Account Receivables reports
Ensure prompt, same-day payment applications and quick resolution of any discrepancies in payments (i.e. credits, charge back, etc.)
Include keeping records of all delinquent accounts, incomplete files, and credit risks.
Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures in collections and credit environment
Understanding of creation of SOPs

Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
B.Com
I-Speak: 7+
Proven experience
Ability to exercise sound judgement and decision-making skills
Excellent written and verbal communication and comprehension skills
Ability to work well under pressure and effectively handle multiple, concurrent demands and appropriately prioritize responsibilities
Preferred qualifications
Proficiency in MS Office
Good communications and writing skills
Good analytical and problem solving skills
