The role will also require the individual to motivate, mentor, coach and groom the team Ensure process & Knowledge Management compliance along with meeting client and internal commitments Own all customer escalations and complaints Manage a team of around 15-20 trainers supporting a 500+ engagement Plan the trainings required for the employees career development. Ensure that the employees develop their skills and successfully address the customer needs. Minimum experience of 7 years with minimum 3 years managing the training function end to end Ability to visualise and strategise to plan for individuals with different learning capabilities Training need analysis Experience in managing teams Able to coach, mentor, motivate and interact with people Excellent verbal and written communications Strong decision making and analytical ability Demonstrates patience, passion for problem solving, ability to use and improve knowledge bases Able to negotiate, good presentation skills and client Interfacing Drive process improvement initiatives. Good to have experience
