Job Description

Maintaining a report according to the instruction of management
Must have strong knowledge about accounting software
- Knowledge of Evaluation of collection and Adjustments of Payments
- Follow-ups through mails and calls for collections
- Daily Telecalling follow-ups, if required need to act bold and strict when needed and ensure the payments are cleared before the deadline
- To put bulk entries in the software
- Maintaining ledger, accounts of customers.
- Responsible to reconcile GSTR 2A with accounts
  
  TO do and done all the GST related other activities
- Good understanding about Income Tax and accounting
  
  Know how to lead people, how to manage people
  
  Know how work to be done from subordinates
  
  Responsible for all the work to be done on time from the team
- - Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures
  - - Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables
    - Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
