JD for RPO / Volume Hiring

• Managing end-to-end Recruitment Life Cycle for Volume Hiring / Bulk Hiring for clients in financial services
• Build sourcing strategies to identify talent through multiple channels of sourcing
• Willingness to do cold calling to recruit potential applicants & familiar with social media hiring

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2+yrs of experience in sales volume hiring
• Exposure to BFSI / Insurance hiring (Added Advantage)
• Ability to network and establish professional relationships
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Good experience into Volume or bulk hiring supporting BFSI / Insurance clients
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize in a demanding, fast-paced environment with strict deadlines
