JOB DESCRIPTION:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
Manage the recruitment and selection process
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
Nurture a positive working environment
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
Maintain pay plan and benefits program
Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
Pre Recruitment
- Manpower Planning and Budgeting.
-Maintaining Recruitment MIS in accordance to the Manpower plan.
-Building and maintaining a Comprehensive Database for all Recruitment.
-Preparing Job description for all new requisitions as per understanding received from the concerned head.
-Job postings and updating on Portal, career site, social networks.
Recruitment
-Sourcing profiles through various sources (advertisements posted, job postings, Internal database, Headhunting, Recruitment consultant, referral schemes etc)
-Short-listing and screening of CVs , conducting the first round of meeting with shortlisted candidates and coordinating the meetings than with the Business Heads
- Conduct salary negotiation and pre-employment reference check for candidates along with employee validation
-Prepare an offer letter and coordinate with the candidate for joining.
Post Recruitment
-Complete all joining formalities for the candidates.
-Induction for New joiners.
-Co-ordinate for Issuance of appointment letters for members after all joining documents have been collected.
-HRIS updation and MIS Management.
Compensation & Benefits
- Establishes the company salary structure, pay policies, and oversees the variable pay systems within the company including bonuses and raises.
- Monitors all pay practices and systems for effectiveness and cost containment.
- Monitors best practices in compensation and benefits through research
- Recommends changes in benefits offered, especially new benefits aimed at employee satisfaction and retention.
Generalist
- Attendance
- Co-ordinate for confirmations, Transfers, Absconding cases for all branches.
- Counseling and Employee Retention
- Manage Exit Formalities & conduct exit interviews up to Senior Manager level.
- Branch Visits.
- Leave Management.
Payroll & Legal Compliance
- Process payroll for all entities.
- Employees full & final and leaves settlement
- Generate and complete process for PF, ESI challan on monthly basis
- Maintain various legal compliance register like attendance register, leave records and on - duty records of the employees.
