You need to have an Exposure to ITSM ticketing platform (Remedy / Service Now etc.)
Overall purpose of role
This Role is responsible for the management and compliance of Asset to support the day-to-day delivery of the BAU processes to ensure that ITAM Team service levels are met, and services are delivered at all times. The key responsibility is to ensure that reliable, repeatable, and accurate data is stored in the Asset Management Database (ADB).
Responsibilities
Ensure the capture of complete and accurate Asset information for all IT assets with accurate representation in the ADB
Ensure that Asset data remains accurate in the light of changes with respect to allocations and surrenders and ensure that all updates are made in a controlled manner
Ensure the stakeholder understand and follow all relevant policies and procedures relevant to their function
Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, Service Managers and Tools & Support Teams
Escalate any issues to management in a timely manner
Asset handling as per Genpact HAM guidelines
Capacity management of assets as per business projections. Raise purchase requests as per business requirements for asset procurement.
Coordinate with dispatch / courier vendors for asset delivery / pickup / exchange / surrenders.
Coordinate with local stores / dispatch teams for non-India locations for asset delivery / pickup / exchange / surrenders.
Receive delivery of assets and maintain asset register / inventory for Customer.
Maintain records of assets as per Genpact standards to be available for internal and external audits.
Work under the direction of IT Support Team Lead and TAM on Customer Engagement.
Work with external suppliers to deliver assets to users where Genpact stores are not available
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Commerce / Computer Science / equivalent experience required
Preferred Qualification
Awareness / exposure of holistic level IT setup
Work Experience in core IT Service Management (IT Asset management)
