JOB OFFER BY NIVOM REALTY CLOSING MANAGER (REAL ESTATE)
JD for closing manager Profile _ Real Estate.
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent.
Salary: Up to -15 to 20,000.00 per month + Incentive. (depends upon interview and last salary)
Schedule: Day shift
Education: Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience: tele sales: 1 year +(Preferred)
Language: Hindi (Preferred) English (Preferred)
Required:
Freeze terms and condition with buyer and seller/tenant and owner
Follow up with clients for visit
Track and record every client need and close the deal
Showing properties to potential buyers and renters
Meeting with clients and maintaining client relationships
Preparing loyalty contracts, purchasing agreements, rental agreements, deeds, and other
documents for each real estate transaction.
Real estate experience minimum 1 years is a must.
should be fluent in Marathi, English & Hindi.
good communication and convincing skills.
Understanding Social Cues.
Ability to Negotiate.
Suggesting solutions based on customer's needs and requirements.
Good time management abilities.
