Location- Noida/Gurgaon/Delhi/Faridabad

Designation- Desktop support Engineer DL2/DL3
Qualification- Graduate/Pol diploma(10+2+3)
Experience- Min 1 year ( Experience letter is mandatory of previous organization )
Salary- 19k to 25k CTC

JD for Engineer.
Troubleshoot technology issues.
Install and maintain equipment and software.
Ask questions to pinpoint the problem.
Perform remote troubleshooting.
Help new employees set up their workstations.
Maintain and upgrade equipment as needed.
To support daily technical support activities for desktop, data, and server management
To set up and test desktop computer peripherals
To perform the system changes adhered to organizational policies
Conduct remote desktop troubleshoot to end-users along with documentation ticket maintenance
Maintain technical documentation in association with other functional departments
