Hiring for Managing Associate in TM, Copyright, Design Litigation Practice for Gurgaon.
Job Description:
Work on interesting cases, take on challenging responsibilities and are able to grow their careers in a collaborative individually and in team environment, working with partners who are committed to their success.
Handling patent, trademarks, designs and copyrights litigation practice.
Intellectual property litigation experience is a must.
Providing Legal & Technical Advice.
Providing contextual advice and expert guidance in trademark litigation.
Assisting Partners and other branch members in Litigation Team in allied matters.
Litigation drafting is a must.
Ideal Candidate: LLB (3 year or 5 year) with 5+ years of Litigation in trademarks/designs/copyrights & Patents.
Excellent academic credentials, research, writing, and communication skills are required.
Experience working in other IP Law Firm(s) or in-house.
Well-rounded, dynamic, highly-motivated attorney.
Enrolled with the Delhi Bar Council.
