We have opening for Customer Service Executive for our client (MNC) in Ahmedabad.
Job Title: Customer Service Executive
Job Description:
Helping company staff with queries
Doing Chat process with the clients
Answering calls of clients
Maintain the Call Quality
Doing calls to clients
Doing call to that client who declined bookings
Timings: UK Shift - 1.30 pm to 10.30 pm
5 Days a week: Duty as per Rota
In peak time 2 days working 2 days off: 13.5 hours (15 days in a month )
Salary: up to 25K per month Plus Incentive
