JD FOR AGM / DGM PROCURMENT
Position: AGM / DGM
INDUSTRY: Engineering Industry executing projects / orders on turkey basis pertaining to Oil & Gas Industry, Establishment of Terminals, Oil Tank Farms Pressure vessels including Boilers etc.
EXPERIENCE: 15 to 20 Years minimum in Procurement and Third Country imports and Project exports
NATIONALITY: INDIAN
AGE: 40- 45 YEARS
LOCATION: HYDERABAD
EDUCATION: BACHELOR OF MECHANICAL ENGINEERING / ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING
UNIVERSITY: REPUTED UNIVERSITY IN INDIA
QULIFICATION: FIRST CLASS
LANGUAGE KNOWN: ENGLISH, HINDI & ANY OTHER REGIONAL LANGUAGE IS PREFERRED
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Procurement of Raw Material (including Steel Plates, Pipes), Mechanical and Electrical Equipment, E&I Components,
-Experience in Exports & Imports including third country imports, knowledge of Exports Incentives,
-Planning, Forecasting, Budgets, Reviewing Tenders & Proposals,
-Techno Commercials expertise including taxation.
-Contract Management,
-Inventory Management,
-Knowledge of standards ASTM, ASME, API , IBR, IS &N DIN
- Exposure to working with ERP MM Module (SAP)
Management Skills
-Strong Project management and Leader Ship Skills
- Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously and to develop priorities for self,
staff members and stakeholders.
-Effective control on Vendors for timely delivery and maintain good working relationship with them.
-Lead Purchase Department by example, inculcate sense of belongingness, develop positive attitude, high degree of integrity and ethics amongst purchase staff
FINANCIAL SKILLS:
-Effective utilization of L/C
- Credit management
- Purchase budgeting and its management
-Realization of Export benefits
