Developing team by conducting individual development discussion and performance appraisals.

Maximizing restaurant performance by analyzing P&L and other key reports with effective action plans.
Bench Planning considering Team turnover and retention. Recruiting team members.
As a training coordinator, determine training needs and develop training plan. Managing labour by proper scheduling and deployment plan. Handling Team member and Management issues.
Managing facilities and equipment by planning and implementing PM Taking lead in delivery channel and team management
Inventory management and Stock reconciliation
Interacting with customers and collecting feedbacks
As a kitchen department team, ensuring 100% Guest satisfaction through delivering world class product.
Adhere to organization standards.
