Job Description

We are looking for a Unity3D Developer. As a Unity3D Developer, you will be responsible for implementing game functionality translating design ideas, concepts, and requirements into a functional and engaging interactive games.

Unity3D Developer duties and responsibilities

• Plan and implement game functionality
• Transform design specification into functional games
• Communicate with other team members
• Establish effective strategy and development pipeline
• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code
• Ensure the best performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications and games
• Identify process and application bottlenecks and bugs
• Offer and implement solutions in a timely manner

Unity or Unity3D Developer requirements and qualifications

• 3 years of experience as Unity3D Developer
• Excellent knowledge of Unity 3D and C# scripting
• Experience with scripting, textures, animation, GUI styles, and user session management is essential
• 2 years of experience with game physics
• Experience in optimizing memory and space usage
• Constantly learn and stay in touch with evolving game standards
• Experience in implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests
• Proficient knowledge of code versioning tools {{such as Git, SVN, and Mercurial}}
• Degree in engineering or computer applications is preferable
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• Team player
• Good time-management skills, should be ready to put in extra hours if the task demands
• Experience in multi-player game development is preferable.
