Key Skill: MVC Strong

Proven IT experience in a commercial environment (2-4 years)

Knowledge of all areas of the development lifecycle

Proven experience developing software observing good practices (Object Oriented concepts, multi-tier, Separation of concerns, SOA)

Good verbal and written communication skills

Experience in developing Web and Windows based applications using Microsoft .NET development framework.

AGILE methodology working exp preferred

Knowledge on source control repository tools like SVN, TFS, VSS etc.

A good understanding of general source control practices (structures, versioning, branching, tagging, merging)

Expertise in application analysis, requirement analysis, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Troubleshooting & End User Support

Exposure in application migration/refactoring is nice to have

Exposure in database design and development
