Job Description

Essential Requirements:

Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment.
Excellent communication skills are required to handle stakeholders.
Must have experience in hiring Engineering roles like Mechanical and Electrical engineers.
Manage full cycle (end-end) recruiting processes ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Source - Screen - Call - Shortlist - Interview schedule and stakeholder management.
Capture the entire interview process on Taleo (Applicant Tracking System).
Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods.
Act as a point of contact for both Stakeholders and the leadership team.
Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved.
Develop an effective pipeline of key talent potentially available.
Must have the ability to conduct market research and update the client whenever required.
Manage the scheduling and logistics of all interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Providing follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email tracking.
