We have vacancy for the post of TEAM LEAD HR IN MUMBAI.The posting will be at Grant Road.

JOB DUTIES RESPONSIBILITIES:
Recruitments & Compensation Source candidates for the vacant positions through various portals Conduct preliminary interviews telephonic, google/zoom call Create database of candidates with detailed feedback Coordinate final round of interviews with Senior Management Discuss the salary and work out the fitments Conduct reference checks Prepare offer letters
On boarding process Collection & maintenance of employee documents Opening bank accounts Prepare the induction schedule- service wise Conduct induction for HR policies
Payroll Management Maintain & update Attendance & leave records Update master in Payroll software Processing salaries employees , consultants & others Ensure statutory payments and compliances PT, PF, ESIC, TDS Returns Compute Full & final settlements Performance Management, Appraisal & Training Assist in performance review managements
Performance improvement plans Reward & recognition Execute the training programs as per planned schedule
Employee Engagement Plan and present various employee engagement activities Conduct the activities HR connect activities Exit Interviews HRMIS Maintain the HR MIS on o Employee details o Employee salaries o Attrition rate o Recruitment cost
