Job Description

ROLES:
  • Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases & job portals.
  • Conducting pre-screening calls, interviews and filtering candidates for open positions.
  • Collaborating with team on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs
  • Should have a proper understanding of engineering skills for hiring for technical roles.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and post technical job descriptions and job specifications
  • Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objective.
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job portals.
  • Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions) before submissions to client.
  • Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidate.
  • Screen candidates resumes and job applications in a way that it results in submissions which are 75% matching with the said requirement.
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems or resume databases
