Job Description
ROLES:- Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases & job portals.
- Conducting pre-screening calls, interviews and filtering candidates for open positions.
- Collaborating with team on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs
- Should have a proper understanding of engineering skills for hiring for technical roles.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and post technical job descriptions and job specifications
- Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objective.
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job portals.
- Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions) before submissions to client.
- Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidate.
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications in a way that it results in submissions which are 75% matching with the said requirement.
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems or resume databases
