Responsibilities

- Be customer focused by understanding the business objectives of the customer

• Own the end to end project delivery.
• Define the architecture/solutioning for the project by working with the customer's technical team.
• Lead the technical team of 6 to 8-member Agile team.
• Responsible for the quality of the technical delivery of the team.
• Mentor & Motivate the team members to Technical Excellence. Teach/enable the team to do technical practices like TDD, Continuous Delivery, Automated Testing, refactoring etc.
• Be part of / lead the Organization's Focus Groups and enable the team to be prepared technically to take on the new challenges/projects in the emerging technologies.
• Develop reusable frameworks, code snippets that help to start the new projects sooner.
• Constantly strive for measurable technical excellence of self and the team.
• Define Team learning goals and help each team member to reach the learning goal. Help your team to raise the bar on technical knowledge and experience.
• Mentor Fresh grads out of college, by defining a learning plan and help them achieve the learning plan.
• Maintain good working relationship with customer, team and other stake holders.
• Provide timely suggestions to the team and management to maintain good organization working culture.
• Be part of the organization growth by helping in interviewing candidates, take initiatives to make the work environment and culture better.
• Should be flexible and adaptable to changing and varied work settings.
• Should support in RFP, PoC and other organizational activities.

Required Skills

• Should have been a technical lead for a minimum of two projects and should have worked on all phases of the project lifecycle i.e. requirements to project release to support.
• Should have hands on working experience in defining software architecture, framework, solutioning.
• Should have hands on working experience ASP.NET MVC, Web API, REStful services, Security. Experience in working with different Web technologies will be an added plus
• Should have working experience on Database, queries.
• Should be a good collaborator among the team , customer and other project stake holders
• Should have working experience on any of the JavaScript framework like Angular / knockout.js
• Have experience on Refactoring the code for maintenance and performance
• Have good understanding on Agile and have worked on Agile projects
• Should be a self-initiator and should be able to motivate the team for technical excellence. Be a go to person for technical problems.
• Good at delegation and help enable the team to achieve the delegated work.
• Work experience interacting with Customers from USA is an added plus.
• Should have proven skills in mentoring the team for excellence.
• Should have good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Should have experience on TDD, automated unit testing, continuous integration etc.
