Job Description:

The primary job of a Program Manager (PM) is to facilitate project planning and ensure that company standards or government standards are clearly defined and adhered to throughout the project life cycle. The P.M. Manager is also responsible for reviewing / auditing work, measurement & billing etc., of all projects throughout the company, and thus must take ownership of the resulting quality of project. The PM Manager will report to the Director, but will interface and collaborate with people throughout the organization at various levels. Complete knowledge of Handling of work for Railway Earthwork & Bridges. Key job responsibilities:

- Responsible for the establishment and management of a company-wide project methodology incorporating structures, standards, processes, documentation.
- Maintain processes to ensure project management documentation, reports and plans are relevant, accurate and complete.
- Facilitate project planning by working with project leads to ensure the correct processes, documentation, and templates are ready and available so project can hit the ground running.
- Assist and advise project teams regarding the best use of project management disciplines and approaches within a fast-paced, high tech environment
- Understand the deliverable of internal and external PM stakeholders and contribute to success through cooperative processes.
- Contribute to the flow of communication within the team, by actively participating in team meetings.
- Track and report on project portfolio performance, providing a real-time, comprehensive, and prioritized view of all projects. Required skills & experience:

- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Financial acumen
- Adept at project and change management
- High level of organization
- Great leadership skills
- Ability to perform under pressure.
Earthwork, Major & Minor Bridge work Experience Must.
Experience: - 10-15 years.

Qualification: - BE (Civil), ME (Civil).
