Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Steward Operating procedures and general rules of table service etiquette. Performs various other duties to facilitate overall smooth operations of the events as required.
Inspects all items that are to be used for cleanliness and appearance.
Performs assigned side work duties.:
Follows house procedures and proper etiquette while serving guests.
Removes dirty dishes as necessary.
Sets up tables with silverware, glasses, china and other utensils.

Waiter
Assist customers with menu selection and answer all questions in a respectful and patient manner.
Repeat customer orders for accuracy before entering them into the Point of Sale System.
Ensure all food call items are delivered in a clear and professional manner.
