Job Description
Responsibilities Managing various aspects of HR Operations including onboarding, induction, offboarding process, employee documentation, Background verification initiation until closure, Health Insurance, Payroll Input, meal card, contract management.
Handling the HRIS Workday - maintaining /updating employee data
Handling Day to day grievances & queries of employees
Ensure adequate and recommend best practices for hire to retire HR processes
Be thorough in developing process excellence and process enhancements in the HR field
Managing and revamping, if required, HR guidelines and company level policies by actively engaging with all stakeholders
Desired Candidate Profile 1 - 3 years of proven work experience as an HR Operations professional or a similar role
Strong ability in using MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular),
Knowledge of Workday is a good-to-have skill.
Strong problem-solving capability
Global and Senior stakeholder management experience is preferred.
