Urgent opportunity forRecruitment Specialist (Executive/Sr Executive/Team Leader role)withLe Human Resources Solutions Pvt LtdatPune.

Experience - Freshar to 5 Years

Responsible for Non IT and IT recruitments -

Responsible for End to End recruitment
JR level to Sr level - Technical / Non techincal positions.
Sourcing, Screening resumes, sourcing candidates from various site's like Naukri, Shine, Monster, LinkedIn etc.
Understand Client and job profile thoroughly
Conducting telephonic / Skype / Zoom interviews, scheduling interviews,
Follow up with candidates
Understanding client and job descriptions,
Responsible for end to end coordination with candidates for interview,
Preparing evaluation sheet based on preliminary telephonic interview
Taking telephonic interviews
Continuous interaction with the s/l candidates till the candidate join
Data maintenance in system on daily basis
