We have few Urgent openings in our Noida Branch for Freshers |Recruiter / Sr. Recruiter.
Candidate should be highly capable in terms of handling multi-assignments and equally capable of handling pressure, Candidates will be doing Mid to Senior level recruitment in high end areas. He/She will be following various methods of recruitment as followed by Alp.
Fresher Will be trained for the same , as per business needs.
RESPONSIBILITIES of JOB:
* Recruitment/Staffing/Sourcing.
* Understanding of latest trends in recruitment market.
* Sourcing |Screening
* Data Maximization, Resource Maximization.
