Role: L1 Desktop Support Engineer
Experience: 4 months - 1 year
Location: Bengaluru /Mumbai/Chennai
We find your experience and skills matches to the requirements of the role.
We plan to close the open positions in next couple of days.
Job Description:
Give Permanent fix to the desktop, printer problems, basic LAN & server Support issues.
Load/ Reload standard build operating system configurations.
Installation & troubling shooting of critical applications & their usage guidelines.
Installation of anti- virus on desktops and remove virus.
Escalate the problem to the technical specialist & to regional/ National Team Leads if not resolved
Installation / re-installation / configuration of systems, printers, scanners.
Configure desktop and laptop as per the desktop/laptop standardization policies of customer.
Installation / re-installation / configuration of in-scope client software / applications.
Installation / configuration /Troubleshooting of e-mail clients
Good Communication Skills
Ready to access any Technical Challenges and Adhere Process of IT Security
