Job Description

  • Responsible for calling insurance companies in US to analyze the claims and follow up on outstanding Account Receivable (AR)
  • Capable to capturing denials.
  • Appeal to insurances for pending claims.
  • Handle customer issues, escalation calls and coordinate with different functions, case management.

Primary Skills

  • Experience in international BPO, specifically in a Voice, Backend and Email Handling process.
  • Exposure in handling and resolving customers issues.

Secondary Skills

  • End to End knowledge of RCM (revenue cycle management) process.

Candidates must have Excellent communication skills and open for rotational shift and rotational week off. Cab facility will be provided.
