We are looking for the candidates for Counseling profile (Contractual role)

• Location Noida sec 60
• Pure day shift job
• 5 days working (2 rotational offs)
• Both side cabs
• WORK FROM OFFICE ONLY

(This job would be for contractual role only & Contract duration would be 4 months / 6 months / 1 year.)

Job role & responsibilities-

• Answer inbound and make outbound calls to customers.
• Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
• Meet individual/teams calling targets and call handling quotas.
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; regular follow-up with candidates to ensure resolution.
• Updating records of customer interactions (inbound) and updating leads with correct disposition with appropriate remarks on client tools (outbound).
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies defined by client.
• Take the extra mile to engage customers and share ideas within the team for process improvement.

Requirements -

• Fresher/ Graduate / Undergraduate/ Experienced candidate can apply.
• Excellent communication both verbal and written.
• Good computer skills. Basic knowledge of working on MS word and excel.
• Good multi-tasking skills.
