BRIEF:

Desired candidate should hold at least 1+ years of Account Management experience into US IT Staffing. Candidate must have done Delivery Management & Account Management for multiple clients (TCS, Wipro and Cognizant).

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager for U.S. focused business.

Responsible for Account Management and handling IT requirements from US based clients.

Must have TCS, Wipro and Cognizant clients (International only).

The successful candidate will have demonstrated background in driving U.S. recruitment efforts as it relates to consulting sales to major global corporations.

We are looking for an experienced recruitment leader who is also a hands-on contributor. The successful candidate will be skilled in coaching, mentoring or managing recruiters.

This is a night shift position that requires prior successful experience recruiting/hiring, training and managing IT candidate recruiting on a large scale basis.

Compensation is commensurate with experience and skill level.
