Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• To be responsible for installation and commissioning of the equipment at customer's site
• To be responsible for operational and maintenance training of the equipment
• To help customer in achieving committed results with the help of Sales engineer/Project Engineer/Head office
• Execution of Installation and commissioning and maintenance activities in North India region and also in PAN India as and when required
• Provide support during In-house Laboratory trials and on-site trials
• Responsible for complete customer satisfaction by attending customer technical complaints, queries related to service and maintenance
• Responsible for troubleshooting of the equipment individually
• Required to travel throughout PAN India as and when required
• Obtaining Final Acceptance certificate from customer in planned time
• To stay in contact with the customers on a regular interval and get their feedback for equipment installed on their shop floor
• To follow-up for the service invoicing and pending payments of spares
• To be responsible for Generation of spare parts orders, service and AMC Business and coordination with head office in Pune
• Focused customer Relationship Management
• Whenever required, help coordinate sales & marketing activities, participation in exhibitions, establishing first contact with potential customers and acquired enquiries
• Support for sales related activities

Desired Candidate Profile

• D.E.E + 2-3 Years Experience/ BE in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
• 1-2 Years of experience
• Knowledge of PLC, Robot Handling
• Co-ordination skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Language proficiency (English, Hindi)
• Analytical and Diagnostic skills
• Time management
• Fast learning ability
• Knowledge of PLC
• Knowledge of MS word, Excel and PowerPoint (Must)
