Job Description Customer Relations Officer
Overview - The Customer Support and Service team always represents the voice of the customers. They are responsible for understanding customer requirements, meeting service metrics guidelines, and retaining them. They are saviors to all our members, who reach out to them through call, chat or email.
Role As Customer Relations Officer, you will be responsible to manage customer queries through email, chat, and phone and ensure prompt resolution of each query.
What you will do in this role
- Complete 6 month contractual profile (Can be extend after 6 month if perform well)
- Shaadi Live event we organize an online video call for bride and groom, candidate just remind them over the phone about the shaadi live event and make them join in the video call.
- Reach out to all the users through different channels to invite them, send them confirmations, reminders and Collect their feedback.
- Manage customer queries through email, chat, and phone and ensure prompt resolution of each query
- Ensure that all customer escalations and complaints are managed to excellent professional standards.
- Track Customer Satisfaction & ensure closure of complaints.
- Take ownership of complaints & ensure it is resolved to customers satisfaction.
- Effectively co-ordinate with Ops teams to ensure implementation of the resolution given.
- Share information and knowledge with the other team members to reduce the number of repeated issues.
What you should have
- 0-2 years Customer support or Customer Service profile.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Excellent negotiation skills and ability to manage difficult situations.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of situations.
- Extremely detail oriented and ability to organize.
- Strong integrity and work ethics.
- Minimum Qualification HSC.

- Minimum 12th passed can apply for this job
- Language Required Tamil with good English Communciation
